FOODS FOR KITCHEN TO PROVIDING MEALS FOR ISOLATION AREAS AND HOSPITALS ON THE FRONT LINES OF EPIDEMIC PREVENTION
Joining hands to overcome the fourth wave of COVID-19 challenges. In collaboration with the Youth Union of Hochiminh City, HKBAV Charity Fund is honored to support Foods for kitchens to providing meals for isolation areas and hospitals on the front lines of epidemic prevention during this difficult time.

Vietnam has successfully faced down three waves of Covid-19 and the country has been successful maintaining economic development while containing the spread of the coronavirus which has been applauded widely and often. The resilience of the Vietnamese people and the government’s prevention measures have brought the nation this far.
HKBAV “MOFA COVID EFFORTS” PROGRAM
HKBAV Charity Committee and General Committee has approved a 200 million VND donation towards the effort, now awaiting for official notification for next steps. HKBAV is now appealing to our members to step up the support through our “MOFA Covid Efforts” program.

SETTING UP THE COMPUTER ROOM – HY VONG BINH THANH SCHOOL
HKBAV is honored to support the learning through using of computers and the internet at the Hy Vong Binh Thanh School by contributing to the set up of the Computer Room. “Enable Learning Impart Knowledge”
DONATION TO THE RED CROSS OF CENTRAL HUE HOSPITAL
HKBAV is honored to contribute VND100,000,000 to The Red Cross of Central Hue Hospital to buy more medicine and giving out free treatments. They are not only making this in hospital but also going to small villages where they are heavily affected, such as Phong Dien, Huong Thuy, Phu Vang, Phu Loc & Huong Tra - Thua Thien Hue province.
VISITING THIEN AN SHELTER (MATA)
Thien An Shelter (MATA) is a social support center for visually impaired youth established with the purpose of helping disadvantaged visually impaired children to access education and learning essential skills to live independently and integrate into the society.
VISITING BINH THANH HOPE SCHOOL
Today, together with Colliers International Vietnam, we visit Binh Thanh Hope School, a private school for the hearing impaired established in 1986. The school’s main mission is to teach children with hearing disabilities to read and speak and to improve their education level to at least secondary high-school (9 grade) and hopefully can participate in the workforce for a self-sustainable living.
CHARITY DONATION TO ETHNIC MINORITY IN BINH PHUOC PROVINCE, SOUTHERN VIETNAM
There are hundreds of ethnic minority households living in poverty at Hon Quan district, Binh Phuoc province. Most of them are S’tieeng minority people and their lives are very difficult and cannot afford to go to school. Their language is S’tieeng - a language that is similar to Cambodian Khmer.
CHARITY EVENT AT CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL 1 - 27 JUNE 2020
We had a great weekend with our Charity event today at Children's hospital 1 for donating 526 items, which is worth 15,309,000 VND including books and educational toys and Siam Canadian donates 95,600,000 VND. Total of all efforts is 110,909,000 VND for unlucky kids who are staying here for treatment.
