BOOK DONATION FOR LA SAN TAN HUNG CHARITY SCHOOL

We are pleased to announce our "Book Donation" charity project for La San Tan Hung Charity School, located at 380/112/2 Le Van Luong Street, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The HKBAV Charity Committee has donated 2,670 textbooks, valued at VND 36,879,000, for 140 children from grade 1 to 5.

This initiative aims to support elementary school students from immigrant families facing difficult circumstances in District 7, Nha Be, and neighboring areas. The school provides 100% free education to these children, ensuring they have access to quality learning materials and a brighter educational future.

HKBAV set up the Charity Funds in 2016 and over the years, more than 30 of groups/organizations has received funding over 4.4 billion dongs (USD$176,048) donated by our members and partners.  HKBAV has taken on a longer-term initiative under the banner of “Enable Learning Impart Knowledge” where we focus to fund sustainable initiatives in education, training and students’ welfare. HKBAV generally will chose to work groups/organizations that do not enjoy any privilege to ready fundings.  To become a corporate or individual donor or if you have a project we should consider, send the information to hcmc@hkbav.org and we will follow up with you.
