NUTRI-SAN CHARITY CONCERT - 24 SEP. 2023

We are holding a charity concert followed by our shareholder dinner on 24th September 2023 in HCMC .
Two of our most passionate supporters are the world-renowned musicians and composers, Oliver Poole (a British-Russian pianist) and Yerkesh Shakeyev (a composer and lyricist from Kazakhstan). We are honoured that Oliver and Yerkesh have offered to perform at the concert, and we have secured the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra (curtesy of Artistic Director, Bao Anh Nguyen) to support them. The concert will be held at the magnificent Saigon Opera House.
The Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra will perform 18 pieces of Verkesh's finest work including two world premieres. We also have permission from Queen {the band) to perform a medley of their greatest hits set to neoclassical rchestration by the prizewinning composer and pianist Simon Proctor. Bohemian Rhapsody performed by the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra in the Saigon Opera House should be quite simply breath-taking.
The concert is ostensibly to raise money for the charities 'Newborns' and 'Saigonchildren,' but it will also be an opportunity to celebrate 50 years of UK Vietnam diplomatic relations and, to this end, has the full support of both the UK consulate and the UK embassy in Vietnam.
We have 460 seats at the Saigon Opera House for the concert and most of these have already been booked. The suggested price per seat is USD100 (VND2,400,000), although some individuals have chosen to pay far more as this is a charity event. All proceeds from ticket sales will be split evenly between the two charities. We have requested that the concert be livestreamed outside the Saigon Opera House for the general public to enjoy if they so wish and are delighted that the City Authorities have granted this request.
There will also be an after-dinner party at the Park Hyatt HCMC, which is an invitation only event and there will be a charity auction at the dinner to raise additional funds for the charities.
A significant number of Nutri-San's shareholders are from Hong Kong, including our Chairman, Stanley Cheung (ex-CEO and Chairman of Walt Disney, Greater China). Given this, I wondered whether any of your HKBAV corporate members would be interested in sponsoring this unique and worthwhile concert?
We are seeking a USD10,000 donation per sponsor and we are seeking six sponsors in total. Sponsors will receive two of the best seats in the house for the concert and two invitations for the private VIP dinner that follows. Sponsors' company logos will also be used on all marketing and PR literature for the concert. To date we have secured three sponsors and we are seeking to secure three more.
We hope that this charity concert, in aid of two very worthwhile local charities, is of interest to you and Members.
