[27-05-2015] On 12 May 2015, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) issued Circular 72/2015/TTBTC (Circular 72) guiding the priority enterprise scheme and related customs administration procedures. Circular 72 expands the scope of application to customs agents whose handle at least 20,000 customs declarations per year.

[27-05-2015] Dai Quang Minh Corporation has said apartments in its Sala Urban Area, which it is developing in Thu Thiem in HCM City, will cost from VND 40 million per square metre plus value-added tax. It said it would start selling the apartments on June 7.

[25-05-2015] The Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BTC amending and supplementing Circular No. 127/2013/TT-BTC dated September 6, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on vehicle registration and number plate fee collection, payment, management and use.

[25-05-2015] Mark Cameron of the UK, who lives and works in Viet Nam, believes that he will be able own residential property thanks to the revised Law on Housing, which has removed prior restrictions on foreigners from buying property in the country. It will take effect next month.

[20-05-2015] The Transfer Pricing ("TP") audit/inspection landcape in Vietnam has become significantly more challenging in the past few years. During 2014, base on the public media, the tax authorities have conducted TP audit/inspection in 2,866 enterprises with indication of potentially high TP risks, increased by 80% compared to 2013.
