HO CHI MINH CITY RING ROAD 4 BREAKS GROUND – A MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE BOOST, ENHANCING COSMOPARK’S INVESTMENT APPEAL
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project, with an investment of over VND 43 trillion for the section passing through Tay Ninh Province, officially broke ground on October 15, 2026, marking a significant milestone in the development of regional transportation infrastructure. The project is expected to enhance connectivity between industrial hubs, seaports, and airports, while creating new growth opportunities for industrial zones in Tay Ninh Province, including COSMOPARK.

Ring Road 4 – A Strategic Infrastructure Project for Southern Vietnam’s Key Economic Region
On October 15, 2026, the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project, covering the section from Thay Cai Bridge to Hiep Phuoc Port. The section spans approximately 78 kilometers, with a total investment exceeding VND 43 trillion.
In its initial phase, the expressway will feature four lanes, a roadbed width of 25.5 meters, and a design speed of 100 km/h. Under the long-term development plan, the expressway will be expanded to eight lanes to accommodate the region's growing transportation demand.
The entire Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 will extend over 159 kilometers, passing through Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai Province, and Tay Ninh Province, with a total investment of more than VND 120.4 trillion.
As one of Southern Vietnam's key transportation infrastructure projects, Ring Road 4 will play a vital role in strengthening regional connectivity and promoting industrial development, trade, and logistics activities.
Enhancing Connectivity Between Industrial Hubs and Seaport Networks
One of the key advantages of Ring Road 4 is its ability to connect industrial manufacturing centers in Tay Ninh with major transportation corridors and logistics gateways across Southern Vietnam's key economic region.
In particular, the section extending toward Hiep Phuoc Port is expected to establish an additional freight transportation corridor linking industrial zones, border-gate areas, and manufacturing centers with major seaports, thereby improving the efficiency of import and export operations.
Once completed and operational, Ring Road 4 is expected to offer businesses several strategic benefits:
• Expanded transportation options: Providing additional routes for freight transportation to seaports and logistics centers.
• Stronger industrial connectivity: Enhancing linkages between industrial zones, manufacturing clusters, and consumer markets.
• Improved supply chain efficiency: Supporting supply chain optimization and greater operational efficiency.
• Broader market access: Facilitating access to domestic and international markets.
For manufacturing enterprises and foreign direct investors, well-developed transportation infrastructure not only contributes to logistics efficiency but also serves as a critical factor in long-term investment location decisions.
COSMOPARK – Leveraging Strategic Regional Transportation Connectivity
Located in Tay Ninh Province, COSMOPARK Eco Industrial Zone spans 322.3 hectares and is being developed as a smart, sustainable, and environmentally responsible industrial ecosystem designed to meet the evolving requirements of manufacturing enterprises and international investors.
COSMOPARK benefits from its strategic location, providing access to major transportation corridors, including Ring Road 4, Luong Hoa – My Quy Tay Road, the Western North–South Expressway, and other important regional routes.
The development of Ring Road 4, particularly the section connecting to Hiep Phuoc Port, is expected to further strengthen the regional transportation network, facilitating freight movement and supporting supply chain operations for businesses investing in COSMOPARK.
This connectivity advantage is particularly relevant to industries with significant transportation and international trade requirements, including electronics, electronic components, high-tech manufacturing, medical equipment, and logistics.
Beyond transportation connectivity, COSMOPARK is being developed with integrated technical infrastructure, emphasizing reliable large-scale power supply, renewable energy integration, and sustainable development solutions aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
The combination of advanced industrial infrastructure and strategic regional connectivity provides a strong foundation for COSMOPARK to enhance its competitiveness in investment promotion and attraction.
Integrated Transportation Infrastructure – A Catalyst for High-Quality FDI Attraction
Amid the ongoing restructuring of global supply chains, international corporations are increasingly prioritizing investment locations that offer efficient access to seaports, airports, logistics centers, and manufacturing networks.
The development of Ring Road 4 is expected not only to strengthen Tay Ninh's transportation infrastructure but also to create opportunities for highly connected industrial and logistics corridors across Southern Vietnam.
For COSMOPARK, improvements in regional transportation infrastructure represent an important factor supporting its long-term investment attraction strategy, particularly for investors from key markets such as South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Singapore.
With a development vision centered on eco-industrial growth, high technology, green energy, and strategic infrastructure connectivity, COSMOPARK aims to provide a competitive and sustainable investment environment that supports the operational requirements and long-term growth strategies of international enterprises.
The groundbreaking of Ring Road 4 on October 15, 2026, marks a significant milestone in the development of regional transportation infrastructure, reinforcing the long-term prospects of industrial and logistics growth in Tay Ninh Province. The project is also expected to further strengthen COSMOPARK's strategic location advantages and enhance its potential to attract high-quality investment over the long term.
