HN EASES SOCIAL DISTANCING RULE IN MOST OF DISTRICTS
Ha Noi authorities have eased social distancing rule from 0:00 am on April 23, except for Me Linh and Thuong Tin Districts where COVID-19 infection cases have been detected recently and still remain highly risky areas.

The move was made at a meeting of the city’s steering committee for COVID-19 prevention and control, presided over by Nguyen Duc Chung, Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee on April 22.
Restaurants are allowed to resume operation but must ensure safe distance and install physical barriers between customers to allay contagion fears.
Commercial centers and supermarkets are requested to observe regulations on distance maintenance, temperature measuring, and sanitation.
Citizens are requested to comply with mandatory facemask wearing regulations at public places and recommended going out only in necessary situations.
Taxi services are allowed to operate from April 23-30 at 20-30% of capacity.
However, such non-essential services like karaoke bars, bars, massage parlors, electronic games, street tea and lemon tea shops some will continue to be banned, Chung said.
Chung also assigned Departments of Health and Tourisms to designate hotels for crew members of foreign airlines, namely Daewoo, Pullman, Crowne, Pacific.
Earlier, on April 22, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc agreed to downgrade Ha Noi’s COVID-19 risk level from high-risk to risky except for the two aforoesaid districts.
Ha Noi has the largest number of positive cases with 112 patients, of whom 81 have been cleared of the virus and discharged from hospital.
