Cathay Pacific will operate special flight (CX799) from Hong Kong (HKG) to HCMC (SGN) on 31st March and 14th, 21st, 28th April.
Eligible passengers for the flight are diplomats, experts, business managers and skilled workers who have all government official paper requirements ready in order to get approval from Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam.
