MR. JACK NGUYEN, NEW PARTNER JOINS MAZARS VIETNAM

As a part of an on-going expansion, Mazars in Vietnam is delighted to welcome Mr. Jack Nguyen, a new Partner joining Mazars Vietnam since January 2020.
16th January 2020. Mazars, the international audit and advisory firm, today announces the appointment of Jack Nguyen as a new Partner in Mazars Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen has nearly 25 years of international executive accounting, finance and investments experience having worked in Canada, the United States and Vietnam, in both publicly listed and private companies.
Mr. Nguyen graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree, Co-operative Program, Chartered Accountancy Studies in 1995 in University of Waterloo, Canada. Mr. Nguyen has both Canadian CPA and Vietnam CPA professional designations.
Mr. Nguyen’s professional experience includes debt and equity financing, audits of US and Canadian public companies, IFRS reporting, developing audit programs for SOX 404 audits in the United States and Canada, compliance, process improvements, investors relations, budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, fund raising, treasury, tax and cash management.
Mr. Nguyen started his career working for Big 4 accounting firms for 12 years in Canada, USA and Vietnam. Mr. Nguyen then held successive senior finance executive roles at a large publicly listed real estate company in Canada, a high-tech health care company in Canada and one of the biggest investment firms in Vietnam.
Prior to joining Mazars, Mr. Nguyen was the Managing Director and Country Head at TMF Group, a leading global business process outsourcing firm. At TMF Group, Mr. Nguyen was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Vietnamese operations (including offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi), encompassing business development, business strategy, finance, financial reporting, HR, risk management, budget management, leadership and team management.

Mr. Jack Nguyen has officially joined Mazars Vietnam from January 2020 as a new Partner, based in Ho Chi Minh City Office and takes a transversal role in Business Development.
