This exceptional wine pairing event marries a carefully crafted 6-course menu by the skilled Executive Chef, Roberto Mancini, with a thoughtfully chosen array from distinguished wineries worldwide. Every taste will whisk connoisseurs away on a voyage through the vineyards, enabling them to explore the distinct terroir and artistry behind each bottle.

The evening will be hosted by Tram Truong Kim Ngan (Andrew) – a rising star in the world of wine. Notably, Ngan was the 1st-runner up in Vietnam's best sommelier competition for French wines and proudly represented Vietnam in the 2022 Asia Best Sommelier in French Wine Competition.
