BANK CREDIT FOR REAL ESTATE BUSINESS RISES TO NEARLY $94.7 BILLION
Outstanding loans for real estate business activities rose to more than VNĐ2.5 quadrillion (nearly US$95 billion) as of June 30. The Ministry of Construction's report on housing and the real estate market for the second quarter of 2026 showed that compared to the end of March 2026, the loans rose by more than VNĐ284 trillion. They were up more than VNĐ518 trillion compared to the end of 2025.
ĐỒNG NAI CALLS FOR INVESTORS IN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY PARK
Đồng Nai Province is seeking investors for infrastructure development of the Long Thành Concentrated Digital Technology Park, with total costs estimated at nearly VNĐ1.4 trillion (US$53 million). Covering 119.5 ha in An Phước and Bình An communes in Đồng Nai City, the park is expected to become a centre for information technology, research and development (R&D), technology transfer and digital technology business incubation as well as digital technology services.
