The project, with a total investment of USD 45 million, will span 15.6 hectares within the WHA Industrial Zone 1 (Phase 2) in the Nghi Dong commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province. It was awarded an Investment Certificate by the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee in September 2023 and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.
Strategically located at the heart of the Dong Nam Economic Zone, the facility offers direct toll-free access via Highway 7C, Asian Highway 1A, and the North-South Expressway. Positioned as an international gateway, it is just a 25-minute drive from both Vinh International Airport and Cua Lo Seaport, providing tenants with exceptional accessibility and convenience.
Additionally, the site's appeal is enhanced by a special tax incentive for the first 15 years and the proximity of major foreign companies like Goertex, Sunny, and Foxconn. This makes it an ideal emerging hub for industrial manufacturers and e-commerce companies.
