According to the Ministry of Health, face masks and disinfection are sound measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic in the new situation.

Starting from July 1 this year, investors can register business online, making the business registration process simple and easy, particularly for household businesses. The Ministry of Planning and Investment has issued a circular amending and supplementing regulations on online business registration. According to the circular, file formats for online business registration include .doc, .docx and .pdf.

The city is running short of industrial land for big foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, said HCMC Chairman Phan Van Mai.
Speaking during a hybrid meeting with foreign investors chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh late last week, Mai said the city now lacks large locations of industrial land for strategic investors.

Credit institutions and foreign bank branches are now allowed to restructure the repayment terms to support clients struggling with production and business expenses. The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on Sunday issued Circular No. 02/2023/TT-NHNN stipulating the restructuring of repayment terms and keeping the debt group of credit institutions and foreign bank branches unchanged.

This was expressed by Prof. Ngo Tri Long, leader of the Ministry of Finance's Price Research Institute, during a seminar on the revitalisation and sound development of capital for the domestic real estate sector.
