HK UPDATE: ENTRY OF NATIONALS OF VIETNAM FOR STUDY AND UNDER THE IMMIGRATION ARRANGEMENTS FOR NON-LOCAL GRADUATES
We would like to inform you that the entry policies for nationals of Vietnam for study and under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) will be relaxed with effect from today (January 25). Under the latest policies, nationals of Vietnam will be eligible to enter Hong Kong for study in full-time locally-accredited local programmes at undergraduate or above level offered by the University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded institutions.
