HEALTH MINISTRY ALLOWS COVID PATIENTS TO DITCH QUARANTINE
The health ministry said Covid-19 patients may go outside, but they must wear masks and keep a distance from others.
In a new guideline to manage Covid-19 at home issued Monday, the Ministry of Health said Covid-19 cases should try not to leave quarantine and go outside, but if they have to, masks and social distancing are required to prevent infection.

Vietnam's national index of industrial production increased 5.4 percent year on year in the first two months of this year. The processing and manufacturing sector, the main driver of the surge, went up 6.1 percent.
