VBF: MEETINGS ON DRAFT DECREES ON BUSINESS REGISTRATION AND GUIDING LOI & LOE - APRIL 22 IN HCMC
[15-04-2015] The Ministry of Planning and Investment is calling for business comments and feedback on the important draft Decrees guiding the new Law on Investments (LOI) No. 67/2014/QH13 and Law on Enterprises (LOE) No. 68/2014/QH13. VBF: YOUR COMMENTS NEEDED ON THE DRAFT OF NEW LAW ON IMPORT AND EXPORT TARIFFS
[15-04-2015] The General Department of Customs is in the process of drafting the new Law on Import and Export Tariffs, which will replace the current Law no. 45/2005/QH11. In this regards, the General Department of Customs is calling for business’s comments and opinions on the first draft of the Law dated April 7, 2015.

[03-02-2015] The Vietnam Business Forum’s (VBF), along with the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) is working with foreign investors in Vietnam, as per a Ministry of Planning and Investment request, to determine the effects of Vietnam’s energy pricing and supply policy on foreign investors and the country as a destination for foreign investment.
