[19-05-2016] As you might be aware, Ministry of Finance has issued a new draft Decree detailing and guiding the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of Law on VAT, SCT and tax management and also amending and supplementing a number of articles in other related Decrees.

[27-04-2016] Ministry of Planning & Investment just received the Draft Decree providing regulations on conditions for producing cosmetic from Ministry of Health. [23-02-2016] The Summary of Annual Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) taking place on December 1st 2015 in Hanoi under the co-chairing of H.E. [25-01-2016] VBF received some concerns raised by enterprises in the wines & spirits, beer and tobacco business sectors on Special Consumption Tax (SCT) stipulated in Decree 108/2015/ND-CP dated on 28 October 2015. Taking this opportunity, the Tax Sub-Group is planning to have a meeting with Vice Minister of Finance – Mr. Do Hoang Anh Tuan after Tet holiday on common tax related issues.
