[13-03-2015] TheMinistry of Financeissued Circular 26/2015/TT-BTCon 27 February 2015 (“Ci rcular 26”) providing guidance on the valueadded tax and tax administration changes as promulgated under Decree 12/2015/ND- CP (please refer to ourNews Brief dated 27 February 2015) and amending, supplementing some provisions under Circular 39/2014/TT-BTCon invoicing. A separate Ci rcular will be issuedto provide guidance on corporateincome tax.

[10-03-2015] The Alert update on Circular No. 26/2015/TT-BTC, dated 27 February 2015 by the Ministry of Finance, providing detailed guidance on VAT and Tax administration under Decree 12/2015/ND-CP on the implementation of the Law 71/2014/QH13, and amending, supplementing a number of articles from the Circular 34/2014/TT-BTC on invoice for goods and services. This Circular is in effect from 1 January 2015.

[03-03-2015] The Government issued Decree 12/2015/ND-CP on 12 February 2015 (“Decree 12”) providing guidance on the tax changes approved by the National Assembly under Law 71/2014/QH13 (please refer to ourNews Brief dated 26 November 2014). Decree 12 is effective from1 January 2015.

[06-02-2015]The Ministry of Finance (the “MoF”) issued Circular No. 200/2014/TT-BTC providing guidance on the Vietnamese Corporate Accounting System (“Circular 200”) on 22 December 2014, that replaces Decision No. 15/2006/QD-BTC (“Decision 15”) and Circular No. 244/2009/TT-BTC (“Circular 244”).

[02-02-2015] The Alert update on Decree No. 08/2015/NĐ-CP, dated 21 January 2015 by the Government, providing guidance on the Law on Customs No. 54/2014/QH13. The Decree shall take effect from 15 March 2015, replacing Decree No. 154/2005/NĐ-CP dated 15/12/2005 and other related regulations.
