[27-05-2015] On 12 May 2015, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) issued Circular 72/2015/TTBTC (Circular 72) guiding the priority enterprise scheme and related customs administration procedures. Circular 72 expands the scope of application to customs agents whose handle at least 20,000 customs declarations per year.

[20-05-2015] The Transfer Pricing ("TP") audit/inspection landcape in Vietnam has become significantly more challenging in the past few years. During 2014, base on the public media, the tax authorities have conducted TP audit/inspection in 2,866 enterprises with indication of potentially high TP risks, increased by 80% compared to 2013.

[20-05-2015] On 18 May 2015, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 75/2015/TT-BTC ("Circular 75") amending and supplementing Article 128 of Circular No. 200/2014/TT-BTC - Guidance on corporate accounting.
