Recently, Vietnam has been experiencing the complicated spread of COVID-19 Pandemic that affected seriously to the general economy, particular in the manufacturing, and trading of enterprises. TBA did a survey “The Business Impacts of Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19)” which was co-hosted by other chambers and it was done by foreign companies in Vietnam. The result shows some highlights in the survey.
STEERING COMMITTEE: SOCIAL DISTANCING SHOULD BE EXTENDED IN HIGH-RISK LOCALITIES
The National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control on April 15 agreed to propose Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc extend the current social distancing rule for at least one more week in localities with high risks.

PASSENGER TRANSPORT BY ROAD HALTED UNTIL APRIL 15
All passenger road transport services, including taxis, passenger cars and interprovincial coaches, began a two-week suspension of operations today, April 1, to fight the spread of Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, the Ministry of Transport noted on March 31.
