According to letter No. 134/CVMN-GSDV about on restricting entry for passengers from/ via Mainland China for controlling the impact Novel Coronavirus on Feb 04, 2020. From 07:00, Feb 04, 2020 to 6:59 May 02, 2020, at all international airports in Vietnam, will not grant entry to Non-Vietnamese Citizen who have been in or transited Mainland China within 14 days before coming to Vietnam.
