[23-12-2015] The launch of a new scheme to reduce costs of traders in handling goods that route through Hong Kong by the Customs and Excise Department (C&ED) of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region Government (HKSARG).  The scheme, entitled “Free Trade Agreement Transhipment Facilitation Scheme” (“FTA Scheme”), just took effect on 20 December 2015.

[04-08-2015] The ASEAN Internship for University Students of Hong Kong Scheme (the internship scheme), which is initiated by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) to provide opportunities for Hong Kong university students to undertake internships in ASEAN with a view to enhancing the bilateral relations between Hong Kong and ASEAN. The internship scheme was officially launched by Mr John C Tsang, Financial Secretary of HKSAR on 31 July 2014 in Singapore.
