THE 24TH HONG KONG FORUM

The Hong Kong Forum is the annual flagship event of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide, a unique network of 47 Hong Kong Business Associations in 36 countries and regions with more than 11,000 individual business executives and professionals from around the world as member associates.

Every year member associates of the Federation converge to Hong Kong from across the globe to attend the two-day Forum. The Forum gives Federation members the latest insights and information on doing business in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland. The programme ranges from panel discussions to topical addresses, networking sessions and face-to-face communication with senior executives from Hong Kong and around the world. Member associates can also join an optional programme to the Chinese mainland.

SUNWAH GROUP has kindly offered three rooms to sponsor participants who attend the 24th Hong Kong Forum 2023 from Vietnam in cash equivalent up to $390usd/3-nights hotel for twin sharing*. The cost for admission, air ticket, additional accommodation, visa etc. are at members’ own expenses.

Participation Fees and Registration
1. Full Pass with standard fee at HK$ 1500 (~VND 4,500,000)
2. Early bird discounted price at HK$ 1200 (before 31 Oct 2023) (~VND 3,600,000)
3. Young Executive Programme participants at HK$ 980 (~VND 2,940,000)

OPTIONAL SIDE TRIP TO SHENZHEN
Date: Dec 07 – 08, 2023 (Thu – Fri)

Participation Fees:
• HK$5,600 per person (Single room) OR
• HK$5,000 per person (Double room).

* Rules & Regulations:
1. There shall be $130usd/room/night for twin sharing. Maximum $390usd /3 nights/each registration. This sponsorship is available on a first-come-first-served basis and HKBAV reserves the right to award the sponsorship. (Sponsorship deadline: on or before 12 Oct 2023)
2. You MUST show up at the event and sign attendance with HKBAV Executive Manager with your passport with landing slip and business card to validate your future claim.
3. The reimbursement will be on a cash basis (VND only) and must be collected in person at HKBAV office after the event with proof of hotel’s payment.
4. Sunwah Group sponsorship package only apply for registration via HKBAV Secretariat.
