We are honored to announce Ms. Dao Nguyen who from now on will be HKBAV’s Representative at Vietnam Business Forum (VBF).

DN Legal was established in July of 2014 by Ms. Dao Nguyen. Having managed and helped build law practices in Vietnam for two international fi rms as managing partner and with over 25 years of experience in Vietnam and in Tokyo and the US, Dao decided to set up on her own so that she can provide personal attention to only a number of key clients. Thus, DN Legal’s approach is a tailored and personal legal service. All work taken on by the fi rm will be personally handled by Dao. We work with clients who require commercial and innovative solutions and structures to build their businesses in Vietnam.

Dao is the managing partner of DN Legal. She advises on all aspects of doing business in Vietnam. Her practice includes corporate and M&A, banking and fi nance, real estate, energy and infrastructure.

She has acted for developers and the government of Vietnam on several landmark projects including the fi rst licensed BOT project in Vietnam. Dao is fl uent in English and Vietnamese.
