Direct Investment in Truong Hai Auto Corporation – THACO

(26.57% currently owned by Jardine Cycle & Carriage - JC&C) is Vietnam’s largest vehicle producer. THACO’s principal activities are importing, manufacturing, distributing, retailing vehicles, and providing car/motorbike services. It carries different types of vehicles from passenger cars to buses, trucks, specialized vehicles from global brands (KIA, Mazda, Peugeot, BMW, Foton, Mitsubishi Foton) and THACO brand. It currently has a network of over 383 branded showrooms/service centers across the country. THACO Group core businesses also include Agro-forestry production, Mechanics & Supporting Industries, Investment & Construction, Logistics, Commerce & Service.

(34.90% stake owned by Jardine Cycle & Carriage - JC&C) is a leading Vietnamese conglomerate, whose core businesses include M&E contractor, air-conditioning system manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and infrastructure investment such as hydro power, thermal power, and water.

Direct Investment in Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company – Vinamilk

(10.62% currently owned by Jardine Cycle & Carriage - JC&C) which has a dairy market share of 56%, operates 16 dairy factories, owns 14 farms, and has a distribution network of more than 250,000 retailers. Vinamilk is one of the largest listed companies in Vietnam by market capitalization.

Schindler Vietnam Limited

(100% foreign owned by Jardine Schindler) is involved in importing, installing, and maintaining Schindler lifts and escalators. In September 1998, Schindler opened its lift component factory in Vietnam, which produces components for both internal use and export. Schindler Vietnam has supplied lifts for several big projects, including office buildings, luxury apartment complexes, and hotels such as Capital Place, FPT Headquarters, Vinhomes Metropolis, Hinode, InterContinental West Lake, Sheraton, Lotte Mall Westlake Hanoi, Landmark 81, and many more.

Pizza Vietnam Limited

(100% owned by Jardine Restaurant Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Pacific) The company is licensed to exclusively develop and operate Pizza Hut restaurants and Pizza Hut Delivery outlets in Vietnam. There are 130 restaurants and outlets in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and provinces.

Coffee Concepts (Vietnam) Limited is a subsidiary of Maxim’s (Jardines Group) has been licensed for operating Starbucks stores in Vietnam. There are 104 Starbucks stores in 9 different cities and provinces including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Binh Duong, Hoi An and Phu Quoc.

KFC Vietnam Join Venture Company Limited

is a franchise of Kentucky Fried Chicken in Vietnam, 25% owned by Jardine Pacific. There are 189 restaurants in 39 cities and provinces of Vietnam.

Siam City Cement (Vietnam) Limited – SCCV - INSEE

is 65% owned by Siam City Cement Corporation (SCCC), headquartered in Bangkok. Jardine Cycle & Carriage (JC&C) owns 25% of SCCC. SCCV - INSEE employs 1,000 employees at five hi-tech cement plants and grinding terminals in Southern Vietnam.
