According to the proposal of opening up HKBAV to expand the network and strengthen the Members interaction to solidify our new step of development & direction which has been mentioned at our last circular in November. We are pleased to inform you that this proposal was raised in our last Annual General Meeting held on November 22nd, 2006.

Please use this Absentee Ballot to cast the vote if the Member cannot make it on the Election Day. The Absentee Ballot must be delivered by hand or facsimile to HKBAV office no later than 4:00pm on November 22nd, 2006.

We are pleased to inform you that as of the cut-off time at 5:00pm on November 10th, 2006 for the Nomination of the candidates to the 2006 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Election of Chairman & General Committee Members,

As a Member of HKBAV, you are encouraged to nominate your ideal candidate(s) to represent & voice your interest to elect the General Committee Member on behalf of HKBAV.

The Vietnam Business Forum is a bi-annual activity proceeding the Consultative Group Meeting, organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in coordination with the World Bank (WB) and the Ministry of Planning & Investment (MPI).

To enhance our HKBAV services, we welcome all Members or Non-Members to place free-of-charge information to find and meet business partners under the HKBAV Network such as looking for cooperation opportunity, supply or demand on products, services, components and materials you need.
