HKBAV SIGNS MOU WITH HONG KONG OVERSEAS COMMERCE EXPANSION ASSOCIATION
On September 12, 2025, Ms. Winnie Lam, Honorary Secretary of HKBAV, and Mr. Daniel Chan, Youth Committee Member – Southern Vietnam, represented the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) at the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between HKBAV and the Hong Kong Overseas Commerce Expansion Association (OCEAAN).

MR. MARKS PAUL CHRISTOPHER - VBF REPRESENTATIVE OF HKBAV
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Paul C. Marks will now represent the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) at the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), succeeding Mr. Surajit Rakshit. Mr. Marks is a lawyer at Duane Morris LLP, based in Hanoi. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, foreign investment, and international trade, particularly in capital markets across Asia.
