HKBAV Charity Events

rom a school of 50 children, it has now grown to 250 children and many of them from the mountainous tribal areas. It was badly affected by flooding last year and now they have re-built and added one more floor in order to accommodate more students.

The event, 2022 HKBAV - GRAND MARINA SAIGON Charity Golf Tournament, held at Jeongsan Country Club on October 14 this year with net proceeds of VND1,094,900,625 (USD45.621) will be added to our Charity Account to fund the initiatives under the banner of “Enable Learning Impart Knowledge”.

The Be Tho Center is located in Binh Duong Province, and it has welcomed around 100 children. About 15 adults take care of the running of the orphanage under the direction of the founder. Early this year, HKBAV Charity Committee has visited The Orphanage Be Tho, and donated bikes as well as outdoor sport items to 100 orphans under 14 years old, living in this center. The total amount for this donation is 71,903,000VND.

Located in Phu Vang Province, Phu Luong 2 School currently has 10 classes with 237 students. HKBAV Charity Committee donated VND6,114,520 worth for 296 items to their library. Through this donation, we hope to provide students with access to a wide range of reading materials that can inspire and engage them.

HKBAV Charity Committee has helped to build materials for re-building part of their premises due to the sinking of their floor and flooding problems of the past few years.

HKBAV Charity Committee would like to donate library books to the students of the school. 

HKBAV Charity Committee is honored to donate books, stationary, outdoor equipment, and swing to the students.

We are now seeking donations for school uniforms and other supplies to be delivered to the school, accepting year round.  Contact the school directly or HKBAV will be pleased to coordinate. 

Loc Thanh Primary School in Binh Phuoc has around 530 students and 31 teachers. 70% of students are of ethnic minority. HKBAV Charity Committee has visited and donated some essential supplies such as speakers, sanitizer machines, map and spelling boards with the hope of supporting the school as well as the students in their learning process.

There are the disadvantaged and then there are some who had it even worse. Our teachers and staff at Hope School were without paid for an extended period due to Covid. HKBAV visited and delivered some warmth to them in hope to keep their spirit up for the occasion of Tet.
