John joined Savills in 2017 to develop the industrial services department and further strengthen Savills position and leadership in the Viet Nam market. As the newest service line, and the eight specialist departments of Savills Viet Nam. John and his team support industrial stakeholders in market entry, portfolio diversification, expansion, acquisition/disposal and strategic leasing.

Working with clients from an array of backgrounds, whether in manufacturing, processing & assembly or logistics & warehousing, John’s team provide solutions in Landlord Advisory, Tenant Representation, Strategic Leasing, Investment Brokerage and Sales & Leaseback.

Coming from a background in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Sector, outsourcing building management solutions for production facilities, John has transferred his experience and knowledge of Vietnam’s industrial sector to the real estate and property services market where he has facilitated ready-built and land lease transactions, as well as factory acquisition deals.

Alexander is Danish national on his 5th year in Vietnam.

Alex has previously held management positions in US and Canada before relocating to Vietnam in a Regional Mangement position for Shipco Transport. Alex joined ITL in 2018 and is currently leading ITL Commercial activities as well as directly leading ITL’s Regional offices in Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos

As Commercial Director for ITL Corporation, Alex is responsible for Developing and implementing the Commercial strategy, global agency networks, procurement and lead ITL’s Commercial teams in Vietnam as well as all activities ITL regional offices (Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos)

Michael Chan is the Head of Sales & Marketing of BW Industrial Development JSC – the leading for-rent industrial developer in Vietnam.

Michael is engaged in all aspect of the Marketing process, including site development, marketing strategy & implementation and sales strategy delivery.

Before joining BW Michael is the Managing Director of NSO - a well-established local real estate consultancy focused on sourcing industrial land.

With more than 20 years of experience in HR Services & Business Consultancy in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Vietnam and ASEAN region, Winnie has a solid international network and is being considered one of the leading experts in the Vietnam labor market.

Winnie first arrived in Vietnam in 2005 for Navigos Group and later KCS which became TMF in 2014. Her work took her from Vietnam to China and into the ASEAN region for various roles from Country Head to Group Marketing to green field start-up and integration post acquisition.

Upon completing the KCS/TMF integration in Hong Kong, Winnie returned to Vietnam mid-2015 and has been involved in various start-ups and restructuring projects here.

Winnie is currently the COO of Colliers International in Vietnam and since 2017. Winnie is an active speaker in the region for HR and Operation subjects and for Vietnam start-up. Winnie was also on the judging panel of Myanmar Employer Awards for the past three years. Winnie is past president of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and has been the General Secretary to the Board for Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam since 2016.
