It’s time to publish our 2023 Desk Calendar!

Please be informed that we would like to launch HKBAV 2023 Desk Calendar Advertising, there will be 12 [Twelve] slots of advertising opportunity open for our member companies.

Calendar Advertising fee: VND6,000,000/Ad [Six million dongs]
[ Only HKBAV Official Receipt, No VAT Invoice to be issued ]

- Artwork Dimension: W20.5 cm X H13.5 cm 
- Printing: 4-colour offset printing
- Paper: Bristol 190gsm
- Circulation quantity: 1,000 sets
- Registration deadline: before October 30, 2022
- Payment & Artwork submission deadline: before November 10, 2022

1. Each advertiser’s Logo and Artwork will be printed on one-month calendar [Artwork will be provided by advertiser, HKBAV reserves the right for final decision on 12-month’s order arrangement]
2. Each advertiser gets 20 sets of complimentary calendars. Order for extra quantity of Calendars: VND80,000/set.

DISTRIBUTION
Apart from the complimentary amount offered to all HKBAV Members, we also deliver to the offices of Embassy, Consulates General, International & Industrial Business Groups (HCMC & Hanoi), VIP delegates from Hong Kong and overseas.
