HKBAV SCHOLARSHIP CEREMONY - NOV. 20TH, 2007
HKBAV decided to sponsor 50 scholarships (equals to VND75,000,000) to the students in poverty-alleviated families but with good academic achievements.
The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 (Vietnam Teacher's Day) - 8:30 am at the Assembly Hall of the Hochiminh City University of Pedagogy (Campus 2) - 222 Le Van Sy Street, District 3, Hochiminh City.
HKBAV hopes this contribution will be a big encouragement to the students studying Chinese and maintain the Chinese culture and traditions in Vietnam.

The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

On September 12, 2025, Ms. Winnie Lam, Honorary Secretary of HKBAV, and Mr. Daniel Chan, Youth Committee Member – Southern Vietnam, represented the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) at the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between HKBAV and the Hong Kong Overseas Commerce Expansion Association (OCEAAN).
