Please be informed that our HKBAV Annual General Meeting - Election and Christmas Dinner will take place on Wed. December 11, 2019 - 6:00 pm onwards at Caravelle Saigon Hotel, 19-23 Lam Son Square District 1, HCMC.

Free admission to all members registered BEFORE Dec 05, 2019.
Spousal Member: 1,000,000 VND
Non-member ticket: 1,200,000 VND
Member/spouse: Registration after Dec 05, 2019: 1,200,000 VND

To participate in the election and to ensure smooth preparation, please complete the Chairperson Nomination Form & Gen Comm Member Nomination Form where applicable and return to our HKBAV Secretariat before Nov. 20, 2019 as per timeline legislated by the constitution.

There shall be neither update nor amendments to the constitution this year. We will send out the nominee information pack to all members before the AGM to prepare for the election vote.
