DRAFT DECREE REPLACING DECREE 108 IMPLEMENTING INVESTMENT LAW

Given the importance of this decree to business operation in Vietnam, the Draft Decree deserve your special attention.

The VBF & MPI‘s Consultation Workshop for the Draft revised Decrees on the implementation of Investment Law and Enterprise Law will be held as scheduled below:

Date: Wednesday – January 20, 2010
1. Draft Decree on Law on Investment: 
Time:        8:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m
2. Draft Decree on Law on Enterprises: 
Time:        14:00 p.m - 16:30 p.m
Venue: MPI – No. 6 Hoang Dieu St., Hanoi

All registrations to the workshop/preferred session should be also address to vbf@ifc.org by 10:00 a.m, 19 Jan 2010 as the latest.
