Our keynote event and panel discussion “Trade Under Pressure: Macroeconomic Outlook and Vietnam’s Role in a Global Supply Chain” will explore the key forces reshaping international trade and highlight Vietnam’s strategic advantages. We will discuss global economic trends and analyse the compelling reasons behind Vietnam’s rise as a preferred destination for foreign direct investment (FDI) and manufacturing. Our speakers:

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tung (Tungy) – Economist @Techcombank
Mr. Trung holds a First-class BSc (Hons) in Economics as a Top Prize winner and a Martin Holloway Prize winner, awarded annually to the best student in the Management and Economics Faculty for academic and intellectual distinction at Royal Holloway College, University of London. He also graduated with an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). During his many years at Techcombank, Mr. Tung has been honored multiple times as an excellent employee of the division. He is an expert in analyzing and building forecasting models for macroeconomic indicators and financial markets. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Vietnam Interbank Market Research Association (VIRA).
