Cat Tuong Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company was established in 2011, operating in the field of real estate investment and development. During more than 10 years of operation, up to now the Group has implemented more than 25 projects with a total land of nearly 1,000 hectares. The Group is the investor of Rang Dong Textile and Garment Industrial Park (Aurora IP), located in Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province. Aurora IP is a specific industrial park, focusing on attracting textile and garment manufacturing industries and textile support industries, especially attracting the textile and dyeing production process. Aurora IP is oriented to become a smart-ecological textile industrial park, and is developed synchronously from master plan, design to construction and supervision on all components including transportation system, internal infrastructure, energy, fresh water, wastewater treatment, solid waste, emissions, noise, telecommunications connections, ... The industrial park was formed with a vision towards localized production of 1 billion meters of fabric per year and creating 40,000 jobs for people in Nam Dinh province
