Time: 05:30pm onwards
Venue: Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon, 253 Nguyen Van Troi St., Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC

Admission fee:
Limited seats available, on a first come first served basis
-Member:
Register before Dec 4, 2023: Free of charge
Register after Dec 4, 2023: 1,200,000 VND/pax
-Spouse member ticket: 1,200,000/pax VND
-Non-member ticket: 1,400,000/pax VND
Deadline for registration: Dec 08, 2023

To participate in the election and to ensure smooth preparation, please complete the Chairperson Nomination Form & Gen Comm Member Nomination Form where applicable and return to our HKBAV Secretariat before Nov. 23, 2023 as per timeline legislated by the constitution.
