lease be informed that our HKBAV 2020 Annual General Meeting Charity Dinner will take place at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. Taking this opportunity, we’d like to express our sincere gratitude for your support during the year and invite you to join with us.

To make it more meaningful, we will hold this year Annual General Meeting Dinner as a charity event to raise funds for those in need. 2020 may be a year of lesser get together but at HKBAV we continue to uphold our commitment to the community through various ad hoc and planned donations.  All proceeds after expenses from event will be allocated to HKBAV Charity Fund.

Admission fee:
- Member:
• Register before Jan 6, 2021: Free of charge
• Register after Jan 6, 2021: 1,200,000 VND/pax
- Spouse member ticket: 1,200,000 VND/pax
- Non-member ticket: 1,400,000 VND/pax

*Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the event, otherwise NO SHOW will be charged due to obligations with venue.
