We are delighted to inform you that our 2025 Annual General Meeting, Election & Christmas Dinner will take place on December 10, 2025. Taking this opportunity, we’d like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your support during the year and cordially invite you to join us!

The event details are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
Time: 05:30PM onwards
Venue: Lotte Hotel Saigon – 2A – 4A Ton Duc Thang Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Admission fee: (Limited seats available, on a first come first served basis)
- Member:
o Register before Nov 30th, 2025: Free of charge
o Register after Nov 30th, 2025: 1,600,000 VND/pax
- Spouse member ticket: 1,600,000/pax VND
- Non-member ticket: 1,800,000/pax VND

Deadline for registration: Dec 05, 2025

To participate in the election and to ensure smooth preparation, please complete the Chairperson Nomination Form & Gen Comm Member Nomination Form where applicable and return to our HKBAV Secretariat before Nov. 15, 2025 as per timeline legislated by the constitution.
